Privacy Policy
Luxuria Fidelis collects only the information required to answer an enquiry, source a piece for you, or maintain your collector account. This policy explains what is held, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, a sourcing request or a contact message we record your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery location and the content of your message. Account holders additionally provide an address, city, province, postal code and country so that delivery can be arranged and correspondence kept accurate.

Why we hold it
Enquiry details are held so that we can respond, track the progress of a sourcing brief, and maintain a record of the pieces you have asked about. Account information exists solely to make repeat enquiries simpler and to keep your saved items and enquiry history in one place.

Who sees it
Enquiry and account information is seen by Brian Lux and by no one else, except where a courier or a certification service requires delivery or verification details to complete a transaction you have requested. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information to third parties, and we do not operate advertising profiles on our visitors.

Security and retention
Records are stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to the house. We keep enquiry records while they are useful to the collector relationship — often for years, since sourcing briefs can remain open for a long time — and delete them on request.

Your rights
You may ask at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to luxuriafidelis@atomicmail.io and the request will be actioned personally.
