Luxuria Fidelis is an enquiry-driven collector's house. There is no automated checkout anywhere on this site, and no transaction is concluded until it is confirmed personally in writing between the house and the collector.

Nature of the site
Listings on this site are catalogue entries describing objects available by enquiry. Prices shown are indicative at the time of listing and may change with the market. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance without written confirmation from Brian Lux.

Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either party. Each enquiry receives a reference number (LF-XXXXXX) which identifies it, and correspondence continues from there. Availability is confirmed only against live stock at the time of reply.

Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in South African Rand unless stated otherwise, and may be quoted on request where no price is shown. Payment terms, shipping, insurance and any applicable duties are agreed per transaction in writing.

Descriptions and errors
Every effort is made to describe pieces accurately, including grades, measurements, certifications and any reproduction or replica status. Where an error in a description is discovered, it will be corrected and disclosed promptly before any transaction proceeds.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Regulated goods are supplied strictly on an enquiry basis and in accordance with applicable law.
